I have been in the translation industry for 32 years and have extensive experience in translating a wide variety of subjects. The volume of the translation work that I have done so far is in the range of thousands of pages.

I translated a number of operating and servicing manuals for Toyota and Mitsubishi some 25 years ago, and just a month ago I completed a series of workshop manuals for Opel.

I have also done a few medical and pharmaceutical jobs related to both human and veterinary medicine.

I recently completed a large translation job for Opel, and I am currently working on a large project for Komatsu, Japan.

My previous translation and interpretation work includes a lot of travelling and working as a freelancer and full-time translator/interpreter abroad (England, the US, France, Hungary, Poland, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Turkey).

One piece of translation I am particularly proud of is my translation of the novel AMOK by George Fox, published by the Royal-77 Publishing House, Varna, in 1993.

I have a University Degree in English Language and Literature.

I am a proficient user of CAT tools, such as Trados 8, Wordfast and SDLX.

Other software applications I use: MS Office 2003, Adobe Acrobat 8, QuarkXpress 6.5, FineReader 4 Sprint.
